Ma̱gwaa’lik – Early Spring 🌱

Ha’lila̱xsix’ẅa̱h – March is when the people do oolichans.

Akadi k’yenł hoona wil ma̱gwaa’lik. There is no salmon in early spring.

Ła gooym dip wil güül p’iins – In the spring is when we pick wild celery (cow parsnip).

Gooym – Spring: the young plants are ready, and the seaweed is beginning to grow.

P’iins – Wild celery
